Commercialization & offtake

From concentrate
specification to buyer
alignment.

Producing a concentrate is only part of the job. It also has to work for the market. We connect product quality, payables, penalties, moisture, packing, documentation and logistics before deciding whether the commercial route is realistic.

Commercial readiness

A marketable concentrate is more than a high grade.

We look beyond the headline assay. Commercial value depends on payable metal and the complete quality, consistency and deliverability of the product.

Copper concentrates

Cu grade, Au/Ag, As/Sb/Bi/Hg, Pb/Zn, moisture, mass, product stability and buyer tolerances.

Gold concentrates

Au, Ag, sulfides, penalty elements, moisture, logistics security, sampling and settlement method.

Logistics & delivery

DMT, packing, storage, transport, documentation, export lot, container/seal and shipment readiness.

Offer data

Define the product before negotiating price.

Our commercial package should let a buyer understand the product, volume, variability and risks without having to reconstruct the information from scratch.

  • Full product assay including payable metals and relevant impurities.
  • Available tonnage, frequency, variability range and wet/dry basis.
  • Moisture, particle size, packing and storage conditions.
  • Origin and lot traceability as required for the transaction.
  • Incoterm or delivery point, schedule, documentation and logistics constraints.
Value structure

From assay to net value.

We build an explicit bridge between concentrate quality, purchase terms and delivery costs so the net value is visible before the transaction moves forward.

Indicative components of a commercial evaluation
Component Logic Comment
Contained metal Grade × DMT Starting point; not the same as payable metal
Payable metal Contained metal × payable terms May include deductions, thresholds or scales
TC/RC & charges Applicable treatment, refining and other charges Depends on product, market, contract and buyer
Penalties As, Sb, Bi, Hg or others as contracted Can reduce value or restrict the buyer universe
Logistics Transport, packing, storage, port, insurance as applicable Must align with the commercial delivery point
